I loved working with Ainsley on our wedding! She was instrumental in ensuring it was a perfect day and everything went off without a hitch. She was flexible, easy going, worked great with my family and has a serious attention to detail! Thanks to her hard work behind the scenes, we were able to relax and enjoy the day to it’s fullest.

How do you put into words how thankful you are for an individual who made the most special day of your life to date, so perfect?
Ainsley and I were in contact prior to me becoming officially engaged. She was direct about how the pandemic was effecting future weddings, giving honest opinions and helpful suggestions.
When we officially were engaged (three days later). Ainsley was one of the first people I called, setting the tone for the next two months! We were engaged on August 9, and married October 6. Ainsley planned, organized and executed our wedding in such a perfectly beautiful way that I am still in awe of her.
Planning a wedding in less than two months, during a pandemic, is no easy feat. Yet our day was perfect. Ainsley dealt with every new challenge, and new change (from public health, myself, Andrew) with no hesitation and with grace. She was my strength during my nervous/anxious moments, my confident when I was overwhelmed and scared, and ultimately my friend.
I cannot thank Ainsley, Refined Wild, enough for her passion, her heart and her dedication to my wedding. To all weddings. Every client has a special relationship, and a special day, because to Ainsley you are special. It is refreshing and inspiring to be in the presence of someone who believes in love, and makes a career out of it.

My husband and I both work full time with hectic schedules juggling travelling, meetings, and other commitments. Planning a wedding seemed like such a daunting task. We knew that we needed guidance and support to ensure our special day turned out exactly as we envisioned it.

The most common piece of advice we received from other married couples was to “Live in the moment” and to “Make sure you enjoy the day”. This was ultimately our goal, to plan a day we wouldn’t forget, and to enjoy every minute of it. However the more we started to dive into the planning, the more we realized that it would almost be impossible to think of all the little details ourselves, plan them, make sure they go off without a hitch the day of the wedding, and enjoy ourselves.

That’s when we were introduced to Ainsley to help guide us through the craziness of planning a wedding, and ensuring everything the day of went exactly as planned. Not only did she ensure a flawless wedding day, but she worked through everything with us the month leading up to the wedding. No question was too big, small, or ridiculous. She constantly proved her passion, dedication, and attention to detail through numerous correspondence with ourselves and all our vendors. Ainsley stepped in the month of, and helped us put all the finishing touches on our wedding. She ensured no stone was left unturned and everything unfolded exactly as we had imagined.

Very detail oriented and well organized. Was quick on her toes when someone spilled red wine down the back of my dress!
Seemed to prefer a more traditional style wedding. Unfortunately, had a couple vendors come back to me after the wedding with a couple concerns, but I was unbeknownst to this during the wedding and can't speak to this.

Ainsley is amazing! I wasn't originally planning on having a wedding coordinator, but I decided to try it out. I think it was the best wedding-related decision I made! Ainsley exceeded every expectation I had about a wedding coordinator! Ainsley was able to take so much stress off me so I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process! I had previously heard from friends that you don't enjoy your wedding day because you are only worrying about what might go wrong. I can honestly say I think the day was absolutely perfect and I enjoyed every minute of that! I attribute so much of that to Ainsley as she was there, making sure everything ran smoothly! If any of the vendors had a question, they knew to approach her instead of me. I would recommend Refining Wild to anyone who is planning a wedding. If you are unsure if you need a coordinator like I was, take it from me, you will not regret it!!!
