My life has been turned around thanks to my sessions for pain relief, numbness, pins and needles, and more. Winter is always courteous, considerate and professional (but with that right amount of charm and softness). I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions and look forward to my maintenance visits in the future. You won’t be disappointed!

Winter instills confidence and her patients leave the office with positive vibes and an action plan! Sundridge is so fortunate to have such professional therapists available locally!

My first visit, I told her my whole body needs help (connective tissue disorder, fibromyalgia, multiple back fractures in past, rotator cuff injury)-- she was up for the challenge! In 8 weeks of weekly or bi-weekly visits I have experienced such great improvements in my pain. I have been able to reduce my pain meds and look forward to increasing benefits of treatment. As a bonus, Winter is not only professional, she is kind, friendly and makes the whole visit comfortable. -

(February 9, 2023, 2:37 am)My very first visit with Winter, I noticed big results. My feet and hips were balanced! I didn’t know how off they were until they weren’t anymore. My headaches have improved, I almost never need Advil. Winter is really great at walking you through the process, and makes you feel very comfortable. I very highly recommend!

(February 8, 2023, 11:00 pm)I started seeing winter a month or so ago, and my body has been feeling the best it’s felt. I usually have bad back pain, restless nights, but for the last month I’ve had little to no pain and have never slept better. Absolutely recommend seeing winter!
