He makes practical recommendations on what I should / should not invest in and has responded to both routine requests for upgrades and emergency requests when my septic backed up and after an environmental flood. I’m so grateful for his willingness to work with me through every issue and coach me on things that I can be doing to save costs and maintain the system.

(September 23, 2020, 12:31 am)I was referred to Cottage Country Plumbing 5 years ago when I had a septic tank issue. Jeremy responded immediately to my call for help and fixed the problem right away. I then had an emergency water line issue. Again Jeremy came right away. This time he had to change into his swim shorts, go into the lake, find the water line and do an in-lake repair. He did it all with a smile on his face and not a word of complaint. Since then I have had several other smaller plumbing issues that were always repaired quickly and correctly. I now have Cottage Country Plumbing attend at the cottage every fall and spring to do whatever is necessary. They do a fantastic job, quickly, at very reasonable prices and always with good humour. I highly recommend them.

Anytime, we have run into plumbing issues he is always available to help. His prices are reasonable too. -

He was fair with pricing and did professional work! I was so impressed we had him come back and redo our drain piping that had been Rube Goldberg together. Again, great job! I would recommend him without reservation.

(September 22, 2020, 1:56 pm)When we had trouble with our water line, we got in touch with Jeremy & he helped us out by installing a new water line & submersible pump in the lake & it works like a charm. He turns our cottage water off in the fall & on in the spring, plus installed a better filter system and everything works well. Jeremy is professional, courteous and his prices are very fair....I would definitely recommend Cottage Country Plumbing to others.
