(May 31, 2022, 11:24 am)Was trying to place a time sensitive order 2 weeks ago, on the initial call I was told the order, once confirmed after a home visit and measurement, would take up to 4 weeks to fulfill which is ok, I conveyed the urgency of the order and they promised to visit, however, after that followed up 3 times each time a gentleman named M* promised to do the measurements soon (like “this afternoon”) and call me back to give me the confirmation of order but never did. I understood they are busy, but all they need to do was to tell me that so I can try another business. Now All I got from this interaction with them is wasted 2 weeks and my project is now in jeopardy

(January 25, 2021, 4:40 am)They cut a piece of glass for my dresser. I brought in a template (since one side was curved) and they made sure that it was shaped and sized perfectly. Reasonable price & quick turn around!
