(July 22, 2020, 6:10 pm)Due to COVID 19, only 2 people can be in the store at a time. I had to wait 10 min but service was excellent. Much better that calling Bell customer service as the store reps understand the needs around Muskoka Lakes.

After wasting hours with Bell's call centre and online agents pleading with them to send a technician to our cottage, we were about to give up and cancel all our Bell services. After getting in contact with this store in Bracebridge, Suella had everything sorted out within a few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the Muskoka area. Bell needs more people like this.
