Love the staff have been going since 2007 everyone knows my name ! Feels like home
Excellent area for everyone. kids live going to child minding and activities. Lots of activities for adults as well. Wish they had longer child minding hours, MMA or self defense classes for those of all ages. Also would be nice if they eventually got a pool to offer aquatic activities - swim lesson, aqua got etc.
Great atmosphere. Nice employees. Wish there was more workout space. And some of the stationary weight systems are awkward and hard to use
I love this place. The staff is wonderful and encouraging. It has an amazingly positive energy. Group power is a must for anyone looking for a full body workout!
Great gym great people. The staff and and other members are very friendly helpful and supportive. Despite its smaller size it has everything you need. Variety of classes and programs for all ages including a day care. It can get crowded at times due to its popularity in strathroy
