We were able to figure out the problem within a few minutes and my son was able to continue on with his homework. I had no idea what he was doing at the time of my text but he was able to help me promptly. I appreciate his patience and expertise with technology, and those of us who don't know how to navigate through issues that arise. I will continue to go to Rudy for any and all my computer issues. Immediately reached out to me via text and call and then offered a solution for me that didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge in computers when he easily could have had me bring the computer in and charge me for the fix. Literally the best service and customer focused problem solving I’ve ever seen in tech and I work in eCommerce. Thank you so much for your help and I recommend SennServe to anyone hands down.
