Huge shout out specifically to Jeff and Jenny! If there were 6 stars out of 5, I would give them that. Poag Jewellers was recommended by a friend of mine after we began shopping around without much direction from other stores. I highly recommend Poag Jewellers and will be going back for many many years to come.

Jeff communicated with me the whole time during the process, let me know updates, and made me feel valued as a customer. My fiancé and I will definitely be returning for our bands! Highly recommend!

(November 6, 2020, 2:44 pm)Thank you to Jim and the staff for all the fantastic work they did in getting the engagement ring rendered, made perfectly, and the fantastic customer service I got throughout the whole process. I appreciated the precautions you have in place for sanitization- that system is very well done and non intrusive. My Fiance is absolutely in love with the ring and can't get any work done from looking at it so often.
