Just took my dog here for the first time and I can't have had a better experience. Nala is a Bernese mountain dog and HIGH energy and I've been to many groomers and nobody seems to know how to properly groom this dog breed. Not only was it incredibly affordable, it was the best groom that she has ever had!! We will definitely be a loyal client!!

My dog seemed to like it. We like the price, and the facility looks great. Loads of space outside, and I suppose reasonable kennels for night. My dog is quite big and it felt small but for the average I'm sure it's fine. I'd use them again in a pinch for sure.

My issue would be this, in comparison to most kennels I've used. (keep in mind I've only used this one 4 times) but there's not a lot of chit chat or verbal assurance/niceties or interaction about how they will take care of your dog, the process etc. It's pretty business like, not necessarily catered to the uber dog fanatic who needs some reassurance of them being taken care of. It's a walk in, sign the dog in and leave. I wouldn't put them on the friendly list. I had friends recommend using other places as they felt this location was rude at times. I haven't necessarily felt rude, and maybe they are dog people and they are friendly to the dogs I don't know I didn't stick around.

Calls to check ahead of time on availability are short, to the point. Blunt. That's probably on the good category but both my wife and I usually end up wondering if they were mad at us when we call.

I've never been ripped off. Price is always fantastic. Staff aren't mean at all, just not customer oriented necessarily.

Ozzy did well being boarded for a day and night, being that he's only 7 months old. He wanted to go back in after I went out the door so I know he loves Michelle.I would be perfectly comfortable leaving him there again if need be. Also, I'm very happy with the reasonable prices, good care, and grooming done in a decent amount of time.

Weve tried multiple kennels and our lab undoubtably loves Perfect Paws the best! He I can barely hold him back from running through the front door. Michelle is great to deal with! Their grooming is also top notch.
