Excellent massage
Pam is one of the best RMTs in Strathroy, if you need deep tissue massage or strong pressure to get out stubborn knots, give Pam a call.
I started throwing to warm up for the upcoming baseball season and noticed a pain in my throwing arm. I immediately called Pam, and got in the same week. She worked on my shoulder and surrounding muscles and gave me exercises to do, and within a couple weeks, I was throwing without pain. I highly recommend her.
