Feb 19th-22nd Once again we needed Enterprises help covering us for a vehicle while dealing with a mechanical issue. The Manager, Natanael made our last minute accommodations for a vehicle a breeze. The vehicle was lovely. AWD for poor weather conditions and other features I really enjoyed even though I'm definitely a sedan type person. It was no fuss service. Exceptional customer service. He went well beyond that to make a bad situation very pleasant in a matter of minutes.

(December 3, 2018, 3:29 pm)The staff was super friendly, and picked me up at the repair shop where I had left my car.. however, I was required to leave $100 deposit because I choose to not use a Credit Card. The problem is, upon returning my rental in pristine condition, I did NOT receive my deposit back. I've waited a week, since they told me it would be returned once the account was closed. I called, and they told me it will take 5-10 business days.... completely unacceptable! That money is mine, and should be returned on the spot.
