I feel Yvette has a lot of resources which she uses well to get the job done. I refer her to all friends and family and I receive the same feedback from them that I leave here on this review.

The 2nd time we used her services was during COVID and I cannot thank her enough for her help to navigate us through our journey to purchase our forever home during a pandemic!
She was extremely responsive and we were able to do everything electronically which I preferred and it was easy. The best part, after we settled on a good option a few weeks later Yvette got in contact with us and found us an even better deal - we would never have known but she continued to save us money. Amazing broker who is looking after your best interests!

I contacted Yvette after a recommendation from my realtor, Stacey Evoy. The rest is history as they say. What a tremendous experience. It was so seamless. I first spoke to Yvette at 10:00 am and at 8:00 pm that same day I had purchased my home. She worked diligently behind the scenes to make the sale possible. I would highly recommend Yvette to anyone in the market to purchase a home or property. Thank you Yvette you were amazing to deal with.

She really cares about her clients and reaches out even after all is said and done to make sure that her clients are satisfied and have all their needs taken care of. cannot recommend her enough.

We were nervous but she explained everything in really simple ways so that we could understand. She got us our mortgage approval and referred us to a lawyer in the same office, which was really convenient. She was great.
