I was in the store recently and was astounded to find such knowledgeable and kind staff. Jacob in particular was very welcoming and listened to what I was looking for and put me onto my new favourite strain! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Stopped by because I like seeing new dispensaries, and haven’t gone anywhere else since. Jacob helped me a couple times, and every time I got exactly what I was looking for. If you get their more premium flower, it’s the best I’ve found in the city. I would highly recommend Neat, all their staff are very friendly, and they always have something to get you excited.

The selection of local products here is INCREDIBLE. They are always stocked with the best flower and the friendliest staff. I’m very impressed with this store. The team at both Komoka & London are WONDERFUL, and clearly passionate about the products they sell, and the industry as a whole - You’ve won my continued business over. Great job!

Amazing experience! The customer service was well above my expectations. I had only been to a couple stores in London and this store was way better, it had everything I came for and more. For sure going back and I highly recommend to check it out yourself. I was made to feel really comfortable so if your new to this kind of shopping try this place cause you'll have a fantastic experience. The sales rep was super knowledgeable and friendly!

First time going into a cannabis store so of course was a bit nervous. Tabatha helped me and she was great! I let know was new and what I was in for. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything for me. Very welcoming atmosphere and being new i felt very welcomed. will be back for sure!
