Your care in shipping it to a different province was top notch, and your phone call to follow-up and share personal tips on how you have used it was above and beyond. The Cowboy Cauldron - Urban Cowboy is a showpiece and practical too, we look forward to many years of backyard family fun.

Andrea and Ken have a great set up so you can see the different models and make sure you’re getting the right size for your space. She's very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions and the transaction went off without a hitch. I've had about a dozen blazing fires in my cowboy cauldron so far and my wife and I are loving it.
