(January 8, 2024, 2:12 am)After being out of our home for months, due to water damage and the lack of work being done to our home. As our family of 5 had to adjust to living out of our home, it was not an easy task. With our family dynamic it was the cause of many setbacks, with our autistic child.
Pillar Restoration took over our project, after we requested a new company come into our home. When Kevin and Matthew came to our home, three weeks before Christmas, they had their crews working away… That day, they promised me that they would have our family home, before Christmas.
Not only did they stay true to their word, our family was able to move back home, right at the start of the children’s Christmas break. Possibly the most convenient day to help with transitions.
This crew went above and beyond to help get our home back in order. We were blown away by the amount of work completed and how much of a priority they made our project 👏🏼
They truly gave us our Christmas miracle 🥰 -

(November 20, 2023, 3:11 pm)Pillar Restoration did a great job. I can’t say enough about Kevin the project manager. He went over the top making sure I was “happy”. They did a great job looking after my basement when I had a flood.
A great team! kind, loyal, considerate guys and good work ethics. Chad and Mark stood out.
There was a few things that they needed extra attention and they kept coming back until I was fully satisfied.
They cleaned up after themselves, and even did extra things I didn’t even ask them to.
Nothing is ever perfect but I have to say my basement now is 99.9%. 😉
I am very pleased. Trust me, you will be too.

Kevin and his team communicated well and stayed in touch with progress and updates. Any issue I felt needed attention was addressed immediately. I felt very comfortable trusting them with the work and I couldn’t recommend them more. Kevin made sure I was happy with the quality of the job before completing the work. 10/10!

He conducted a comprehensive initial assessment of the property and effectively explained the potential reasons behind the mold growth. He also provided recommendations and options for addressing the mold issue, along with preventive steps. Sean consistently kept me informed and updated during the few days the work was underway. Pillar Restoration is a trustworthy company with fair pricing. I had a pleasant collaboration experience and I certainly recommend their services.
