  As a first time home buyer, I don't know anything about house inspection or buying house. I got to know about pillar to post via Google review. I asked for Troy when I called, he wasn't available and Rob was assigned to me. This guy knows what he's doing, very calm, approachable, detailed, honest, loyal. The realtor was present but Rob didn't hide anything from me all through. The inspection was meant to last for 2hours but this guy spent 4 hours plus with me. He explained each term used to me. The lady (Karen) that booked the inspection got a friendly tone and made me feel welcome. I heard pillar to post is a franchise so when you call make sure you ask for Karen, Troy and Rob team

  Troy was super professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to show us what needed attention and helped us understand what it would cost to fix things.
