  I go through this Tim Hortan's mostly drive thru every week on my way to London. There has been a number of times my order has been wrong. Mostly when ordering Steeped Tea or my occasional coffee. In general the food is good and I haven't had to send anything back. The teenagers working in the evenings don't seem to concerned when there is something made wrong. A lot of staff standing around gossiping with one another and not hearing the customers correctly. Also I noticed In the evenings the younger staff forget to brew new steeped tea because I've gotten several really old tasting steeped teas that have been room temperature or even cold and I only get 1 milk in my tea so this shouldn't happen. Hopefully things improve so my next visit I can give a better review.

  The food is pretty good but it's overpriced and you don't get much, don't go here for lunch but breakfast is good and drinks are good

  This location has the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Timmies. I bought my son some hockey cards with my order and they gave me another free pack that someone paid for but didnt like the cards inside the pack. My kid will be thrilled

  Very friendly and efficient staff. There is rarely a long wait to pick up coffee but unfortunately the coffee lately seems to be weaker or more watered down. This is probably a change from corporate but I feel the quality of the goods itself has been in declined for a while now while the service stays as good.

  We drive from London to visit this Tim Hortons have a great cup of coffee and fresh baked goods. The staff are always friendly even when things get busy or someone has an unusual request, they accommodate with positive attitude. There seams to be a lot of local people come and go while we are enjoying our time there so the place is busy. It's also a stop over for people going to the lake or like us just out for a drive. We'll be back for sure.
