Lee spent a good deal of time during our consultation assessing what my fitness goals are and designed a training program to maximize what I'm looking to accomplish. The studio is centrally located downtown which is really convenient as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgable trainer and a more personal approach to achieving their fitness goals. Two big thumbs up.
