(July 23, 2023, 6:14 pm)I've called the outreach team 3x in the past few years, to support individuals in need. The staff on that phone line are very respectful, and send their team out just as soon as possible, to offer hydration, food, links to shelter if they wish. No police involvement. Every little action of kindness is worth trying. Kudos to staff and volunteers who truly care!

(April 16, 2023, 3:21 am)Doing the best they can, have only had pleasant experiences here so far. People have to remember they are NOT miracle workers, they need more funding you can thank the government for not helping places like this out enough or sometimes at all. Also you need to remember..you have to help yourself too they can't do everything for you, I see to many negative comments on here of ppl who feel entitled prob why they are in the situations their in, in the first place.
