I am currently in the voluntary group and it has changed my life I was split from my wife for almost a year and we are back together now and it is going really well. I still attend weekly and learn more tools every week
Voluntary group is very informative. It is hard work to change your values, and how you treat people. Learning better choices, and understanding yourself, is the reward. Worth it to yourself, and your loved ones.
I Am just finishing my 12 Weeks and I think that this program is Beneficial if you find that you are having problems in your relationship I.E. More arguing than normal, Distrust, insecurity, or even if you just want a reminder of what helped you get involved with the person your with.. I find that everyone has it in them to be respectful to your spouse and to keep the lines of communication open, However I also find that after awhile we all tend to forget who we are and the Values that got us the person we are with and this is a good refresher course for anyone that may forget who they are or who your spouse is/
