She has a way with words and was able to negotiatea nice price, and just really provided my parents with a pleasant and stress free selling experience. Not only is she a terrific negotiator, she is also very diligent while moving through the entire selling process. She is always communicating and forwarding information and reaching her is always easy. My parents and I were away in the Burce Peninsula enjoying a nice vacation while Krista was back home, showing and selling their home and communicating with us throguh the entire thing. Honestly, you cant go wrong with Krista. She's going to become your friend. Im not kidding.

She did her research, seeked guidance from co-workers and spent alot of time driving us to view homes at a fair distance away from London. She was always available when asked to visit a home at short notice and communicated often with updates from the sellers real estate agent. She negotiated a great buying price and followed up on home inspection items. With her awesome negotiating skills, Krista also sold my condo very fast at a great market value! She suggested some renovations tips and was available to provide me with staying recommendations. She has become a an awesome, caring friend that is always ready to listen and provide guidance to me about anything! Love, love love her carrot cake!! I would recommend Krista to anyone.
