Steve is nice and approachable. He is knowledgable and has depth of experience. He patiently answered our questions and is very good at explaining things in detail. He made us really comfortable during the home inspection and frequently checking if we have questions. He even offered for us to freely contact him after the inspection, for any concerns or inquiries that he may help.

Steve is passionate about his work. We will definitely recommend him.

Right from the first call, Steve was friendly and accommodating. He was available on short notice to help us walk around a prospective home, to do a partial inspection (We didn't have very much time in the house today).
He was polite, informative, helpful and was a real pleasure to explore the house with. He was also very efficient, given the time constraint. A lot of the information he brought up was relevant and helpful to us making an offer on a house.
We would definitely recommend Steve if you are looking for someone friendly and trustworthy to help you learn about a house.

Getting a home inspection was a huge weight off our shoulders, especially as new home owners. Steve was so friendly, thorough and got so much enjoyment out of teaching us about items we had no idea about. We were lucky that the issues to address were minor, but he gave us all of the information to fix them ourselves. It definitely took away any fear and made us more confident home owners!
