(November 23, 2023, 5:41 pm)Andrew came into my shop about seven months ago to pick flooring, in the process we started chatting, he let me know Heritage Stair and Rail was his company. He invited me to come and visit his shop/showroom. I made it out shortly after and was so impressed with his shop. In my business a lot of clients need to replace their rails at the same time as the Flooring. I decided to refer Andrew it went great the client was ecstatic with the workmanship and the process start to finish. We are now on our third job and things are going great. It’s amazing to be able to refer someone and get nothing but positive positive feedback. Thank you

They explained to us the regulations required for a safe stairwell and railing so it was up to code. Ethan did a great job installing, was meticulous in his attention to detail, and very professional and timely.
The quality of the products are great. We went with white oak. So nice!
Also, very affordable and fair pricing considering the detail and quality.
Highly recommend!
