(April 27, 2019, 11:42 pm)Stopped in to get a workout in before our weightlifting comp and i cant recommend this place enough. Outstanding space and setup. The owner/head coach is very passionate, has the right things at heart and has the chest of a god.

(March 22, 2018, 2:18 am)Was visiting for the week decided to check out this CrossFit box. The instructor was very informative about all the movements and was encouraging. Looking at the workouts, it seems like the programming is very well put together. The other people in the class were very friendly and it felt like there was a great sense of community at this gym. Will definitely come back.

(January 30, 2018, 11:54 pm)Great Community. The owner is very passionate about what he does and really stresses the importance of body mechanics and injury prevention. I would recommend this gym to anyone just starting crossfit to elite level athletes!

(March 11, 2016, 4:16 pm)Forest City CrossFit is an atmosphere where you really push yourself. When working out at regular gyms in the past I found I never really pushed myself and wasn't getting much out of my workouts. My workout there was the hardest I've worked out probably ever, and I feel great about it. We went as a group, it's fun to do with a team.
