(January 29, 2024, 5:55 pm)Very bad customer service. Never pickup outside calls and never return any phone calls. Sent emails regarding shipping and received false tracking number. After four days, had no luck in getting any reply when tried again over the phone and e-mail for incorrect shipping number.... I had done a lot of business from Liquidation Max (who are in London as well) and Liquidation Max is very professional.

(September 19, 2021, 3:09 pm)From what my experience has been with Encore, they are doing reasonably well. The 'online' postings of items could be improved with slightly more details of items(especially since no viewing allowed). Food products listed NEED their Best Before/ Expiry dates included to limit "returns". The handling of pick ups could be organized slightly better 'IMO'. For the ONE item P/U's , maybe a designated area could be set aside. This might help the order fillers(if that is their title) find the customers faster. Which in turn speeds up the line of waiting cars! But i do understand not all people just buy ONE item :-O . Website looks well done from what i can tell, with just a couple visits. Asking for input & patience from the customers can be a help basically. CUSTOMER service has allows been IMPORTANT. Keep up your efforts to be a VIABLE community Auction.

Customer service is exceptional when pick up. You provide the attendant with you order number they take your plate number. direct you to a parking spot when available. Hours are representative of work life balance offering Saturday pick up.
I would never hesitate to refer to all my friends.
