I have dealt with many different contractors over the years and I must say that Bravo Property Care & Services was by far one of the best that I have ever worked with. Dylan is extremely professional, responded promptly to all of my calls and/or messages and was able to accommodate a couple of minor revisions to our original plans without any problems. In addition, he started and finished the work on schedule. I would highly recommend Bravo Property Care & Services!

(July 18, 2019, 12:42 am)Dylan from Bravo! Property Care & Services did an excellent sod installation for our backyard!
We live in Old East Village so we have several mature trees on our property, as well as on our neighbour's property. This means a lot of shade. On top of that, we had star of bethlehem or grape hyacinth infesting our lawn (which was mostly weeds, to be honest). Dylan did a fantastic job removing the old turf and was very thorough removing the star of bethlehem weeds, which grow from tiny bulbs.
The job was done quickly and was very affordable. I can't recommend Dylan enough!
