FYI!!! If you pay for something with a DEBIT or CREDIT card, and want to return it, is is a STANDARD policy across most retail stores that the refund has to go to the exact card. This prevents people from finding a receipt outside/in the garbage, picking the product off the shelf, bringing it to the front, and getting money for something they never paid for. Not worth yelling at people for, especially retail workers, because the more you yell, the LESS INCLINED they will be to help you. Coming from experience:)
Back to my point, this is a great store and will always aim for the best customer experience!! -

(May 18, 2019, 3:48 pm)Its the Best Buy you should go to in London. Quite knowledgeable staff, which is definitely not true of most Best Buy locations. Service is passable, it could vary. If you like it a little less busy too, so you'd have more freedom to shop and decide, then this should be the branch of choice. Big, stocked, quite difficult for commuters. Overall, a more than okay Electronic Store

It wasn't in stock so he arranged to have it shipped to us when it came in at no extra charge. Would recommend shopping here if you're in the market for a computer.

Needed a new TV and computer tower and could find what I was looking for elsewhere, so I decided to give them another shot. I had 3 different people assist me and came out with exactly what I wanted. Way to step up your game Best Buy!

(April 8, 2019, 12:10 am)Great staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Had an item that was priced lower on the shelf than the system at checkout. After a quick verification of the shelf price, they honored the mistake and I saved a nice chunk. Can't complain!
