(August 23, 2020, 7:32 pm)Very nice experience. I have gone twice since they have reopened from Covid. I feel they are taking safety precautions to keep customers safe. The shellac pedicure is always very well done and the leg/foot rub had me so relaxed. Thanks for your hard work, especially during this time!

(July 9, 2020, 8:14 pm)Urban Nail has been my favourite nail place for a long time. Any time I deviate out of necessity and go somewhere else, it is never quite as lovely. Usually a shellac client, I also love their regular manicures and spa pedicures. It is a family-owned business, and the attention to detail is reflected. Atmosphere is clean, bright and modern. Nail colour selection is ample, particularly in shellac. Regular polish selection is a bit slim, but I like to bring in my own favourites. Service is consistent, and I take advantage of the "Five Stars" loyalty program, because being a little particular about my hands, I certainly am loyal here.
The only area for improvement I would note is that since they accommodate walk-ins, sometimes I feel that appointment times can get compromised.
All in all though, always worth the wait, and I love coming here!
