(December 10, 2023, 1:08 am)We enjoyed a festive dinner tonight and the meal was good but the chicken and sauce could have been warmer. We had an exceptional waitress, Elsa, who was very attentive in spite of the restaurant being extremely busy. She seemed to be able to anticipate what we needed, was patient when explaining things, was very friendly and was at all times focused on providing excellent customer service.

(November 28, 2023, 2:27 am)The meal was good and our server- I believe her name was Elsa, was fantastic. However, the pie we ordered was the worst pie I’ve ever eaten. The plate was freezing cold so I assume the pie had been in a fridge for awhile. I wasn’t expecting fresh but this pie was falling apart. the custard and cream both had weird taste and textures. The crust was also very hard, it was tough to break a piece off to try. Both my boyfriend and I agree this is one bite pie. I would definitely come back to this Swiss Chalet, I just would not recommend their pie.

(October 24, 2023, 4:07 am)Service was good, fries were good, ribs need meat and chicken was super dry. Save yourself a trip and go get two super good chickens from costco instead of half a mediocre chicken here 👍

(June 14, 2023, 12:57 pm)Delicious dishes, chicken was tender with tasty sauce, a good new dish was rotisserie chicken and fried rice with vegetables, but the spring rolls chicken were mild. Each table has it own private space, clean restroom, good location next to Costco with a lot of parking. Service was good, staff was helpful and patient. Decent price.
