I've only been here once but I was very satisfied with his repair of my son's boots. It was like walking into an old school shoe shop so kind of cool :)
Great service and value. I have been here multiple times, and love it! The prices are VERY cheap compared to other places, and the work is consistently excellent. He'll tell you if he doesn't think something is worth repairing. Generally it's about 5 business days turn-around time. Definitely recommend this shop. (If you're looking for a store-front, it's actually at the front of a little house, so look for the sign he puts at the side of the road.)
