You can also request something specific if they don't have it available. They help us answer any HR question so that we are not left uncertain with the decisions we make for our employees. Their service is so fast as well! So thankful to have them as a partner!

Taking on a business that was somewhat left unattended by the previous owner, we needed to implement changes and safety measures. Of course there is/was resistance. It is extremely valuable to talk through our approach with someone with expertise like Lynn. She helps us predict potential pitfalls and find the best ways to communicate with our staff. The value of this is tremendous for setting the tone and also for protecting ourselves from making big mistakes.
