From start to finish, my experience with their team was nothing short of outstanding. Their customer service is unparalleled. The technicians exhibited remarkable skill and efficiency. They were punctual. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the meticulous approach they took to ensure that every nook and cranny was thoroughly treated. Their extensive knowledge of bedbug habits and hiding places was evident as they systematically targeted the infested areas, leaving no stone unturned.

Sam responded to all my questions (via Google Map messaging feature) with clarity and empathy, even outside office hours. He is knowledgeable and very experienced, came on time and did so much thorough work in my apartment (chemical spray plus heat treatment) including treating the problematic luggage from travels.
I was able to discuss and get advice on how to handle my luggage between my arrival home and the scheduled treatment, as well as what to do after the first treatment. Communication with this owner/technician greatly helped lower my anxiety and manage the situation properly. He is very reasonably priced, and I have the peace of mind I needed. (Compare this to another company that I had called, who offered only a chemical spray, pay by each visit, no guaranteed outcome.)
