  My roast beef was all fat. They gave me a second plate & it was the same. So between the two, I got a regular serving.

  We decided to go here and eat with my Husband and my 15 month old. The service was amazing better than I have seen at all. Everyone was playing with my daughter. The food came out super fast. I would say we waited about 10 minutes after ordering and our food was on our tables. It was fairly busy so was very unsuspected that it would be that fast. Thank you for the great experience last night!

  It was very busy because of festive special .
  We were seated right away and served promptly. We enjoyed our meal it was delicious..Our server was friendly making our time a pleasure.

  Quality of food and service has gone down at this location. Totally agree with the review below regarding waiting to be seated. Hostess seems to busy talking with co-workers, as is the Manager. Tonight there was a older woman working but her rumpled street clothes gave no indication of what her role there might be - not proper attire for a staff member. If you want friendly and excellent service ask to be seated in Lester's section. This location really needs some 'ghost customers' from head office to come in and observe, then right the ship!
