  This is pretty much my go-to pet store. I've tried other newer pet store chains but honestly I don't see the point when PetSmart has pretty much every brand and always has sales. With other chains, I found fewer brands and less sales. Also, the staff here are wonderful.

  I was there on Friday Feb 15 between 3-5pm. The young woman (slender, brown hair in a ponytail) that helped me get fish had great customer service. Even though I am very knowledgeable with freshwater fish and have several tanks, she treated me like a newbie, and made sure that the fish were going to a good home. I was very impressed. She tried to help me with info about the different species I was asking for, gave me tips on how to quarantine them, and took the time to listen to me. She was very quick on catching the fish without stressing them, which is a hard skill to learn.
  I will definitely be back if I am in London again and need new fish or fish products. Store itself was extremely clean and well stocked. Everyone was very friendly, and the fish looked very healthy. I have been home for a couple of days now, and have not lost a single fish in quarantine or have seen any signs of disease. Early days of quarantine still, but I am very satisfied.

  Mixed Review.
  
  I just looked at my bill- First they double charged everything and it was 1020$. Went back and stood in the line to run into a rude manager to get it reduced to $73. The cashier had not even entered my membership number. There were discounts which were mentioned on the shelves that they did not acknowledge or give me. They were so absent at their job it was appalling.
  
  Then went home to discover that there was again a discrepancy in the bill. I don't care now, its a few dollars but I don't want to deal with that rude manager again.
  
  Good: The grooming was fantastic- the staff was fantastic. My puppy loved it. He got along with other dogs and got all the attention needed from the staff.
  
  Just the manager- Can we do something about it?

  Very clean, well stocked. Volunteer adults with disabilities looking after cats today - both the adults and cats were happy. Well done Pet Smart!

  I definitely recommend this petsmart location they are very friendly and always helpful with anything you need help with. I go to this location very often with my service dog and each and every time I go they always remember my service dog's name and ask how both myself and my service dog are doing. If you are a person who likes to get your dog lots of warm clothes and winter boots and coats then you will definitely want to go to this location they always have lots in stock and if they don't they will be happy to let you know when something is back in stock. A few times I have wanted to buy something that was out of stock and they told me they would let me know and also hold the item I wanted in the size I need until I could get back to pick it up. Bottom line is this is a great place to go for your pets they are one of the best in this city.
