I unfortunately needed the quote right away and they pulled over on the road and helped me out immediately. Will definitely recommend. A+ Great customer service

I am glad that this season it has become simple to reach the company by phone and by email. Now let's hope the supply chain loosens up and Coastal can deliver the heater we have ordered! Three cheers for the fine service Coastal provides!

They know what they are doing and how to deal with any types of pools. They spent almost an hour with me sharing their experience how to prevent my pool from serious damage. They saved me thousands of $$$. THANK YOUU.
I see a bright future for this company. Great team work, great customer caring and fantastic people out there.

They are prompt, so nice, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had some repair work done with them and were so impressed we asked to have our pool closed and opened with them, too. I highly recommend them and am praising their work to all our pool friends! This is the way business should always be done!
