This company gives quote and does not give full picture for example they charged me $99.00 based on $1.00 per km travel time this was never discussed .As a client I have a right to get clear quote that includes everything so I can decide .This is surely misguiding and not a good practice .Also this was never discussed -they expect a customer to read terms and conditions but when the person who takes the order talks to you she never mentioned anything about how much it will cost .Why would a customer pay for company's travel time -I can use a company within a short distance from me -right. Very upset.
Technicians job was fine. Company's business practice is not.
