  Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are clean.
  The hall way in and out of the gym area can get conjested easily as programs finish

  This is a smaller YMCA than I am used to, but it has all the essentials. A large pool for swimming lengths. A smaller (and warmer) pool for the little kids. Free weights. Universal machines. Exercise bikes. Etc. My only complaint is that it is *always* packed with people. It feels as though the location was undersized given the population growth on this end of town. However, there is ample free parking, and a library branch is co-located here too.

  It's a convenient place for younger kids, having swimming pool, library and tree house.
  
  Some staff members are less trained with customer service skills, even with lots of attitude.
  
  The place is getting crowded more and more of having too many programs.
  
  The design is poor, you swipe card to get access to the change room, the card will be used for locker, than if you go to the hall or library, you don't have access card with you. There is not always somebody there to activate the gate.

  Incredible selection of equipment, decent indoor track, almost never crowded, and has great staff. Beautiful new location with an attached library. It's a shame it's on the edge of town, but I can't complain too much because I often feel I've had it all to myself.
