(November 26, 2023, 6:25 pm)We booked a 10-year anniversary trip to Maui, Hawaii with our travel agent, Katherine Poon. A few months later, the devastating fire that destroyed Lahaina occurred. This created a lot of extra work and Katherine kept us up-to-date right up until our departure date. Katherine sprung into action again, canceling her personal plans after we missed our connection due to a lockdown at Pearson International, setting us back 24 hours. She then secured a huge room upgrade and a lovely welcome gift at the hotel. Carefully consider each piece of advice from Katherine. She has your best interests at heart. We had a great trip and I believe that Katherine put in more time and energy than any other travel agent would have. Many thanks, Katherine, on a dream anniversary trip to beautiful Maui

We gave Katherine our hopes and she put together an incredible Mediterranean cruise with a few extra days in Rome. Everything was organized so well and easy to understand for two first time travellers to Europe! We couldn't have done it without Katherine and will definitely use her services again!

We've been back for less than a week and Katherine has worked her magic again and our next cruise is booked bigger and better! Highly recommend Katherine as a TA.
