She is quite organized and with COVID restrictions - I felt extremely safe with how serious she is taking precautions! If I need more alterations I will definitely be heading back to her studio!

(September 20, 2017, 2:08 am)Francy altered my wedding dress this summer. I was blown away by her passion and enthusiasm throughout the whole process. I met with her a handful of times and she always listened to what I wanted and suggested her professional opinion. I am a very indecisive person but I felt comfortable making decisions with her because she would explain the alteration process in detail and reassure me every time.
She is flexible, knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Hemming my wedding dress was a difficult task because it had lace all around it. She had to remove the lace, hem the skirt and hand sew the lace back on the dress. She did an outstanding job and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend other brides to get their dresses altered by Francy. You will not be disappointed!! -

A non-professional may not realize the expertise involved to do it right but Francy has both the aesthetic tastes to fine-tune the details and technical skills to take on any challenging request. I trust Francy with the most elaborate gowns and complicated alterations. She is flexible and patient and always does a fantastic job no matter how difficult it is. Highly recommended.

(June 4, 2017, 7:57 pm)Francy has done several things for me, from shorten dress pants and jeans to tailor my shirts, each time I have asked her to do something for me it has surpassed my expectations! Francy is truely amazing! The best tailor and designer in London! Francy knows her craft!
