He has helped improve my fitness so that I could continue to train and compete as a Masters swimmer into my 60’s. Zev has a warm and engaging personality that allows him to work well with clients of all ages from youngsters to seniors. His knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics is excellent. Zev is always enthusiastic, encouraging, and understanding, with a wonderful sense of humour. I would highly recommend Zev Weisdorf of Zev Sport Performance for your Personal Training needs.

(May 17, 2022, 5:42 pm)Zev did some training sessions in person and online for my daughter and her ringette team. My daughter loved them. Zev showed them the proper way to do the stretches and exercises in such an enthusiastic and motivating way. While they were holding their stretch or doing their exercise he would give them motivational sayings or some fun facts about anything and everything. She still tells us some of these facts well after the sessions are over. We would highly recommend Zev to anyone.

I absolutely love training with Zev, he is fun, energetic and very passionate about fitness and getting his clients to reach their goals. It's worth the money to train with Zev, do yourself a favour and invest in your health.
