I honestly wish there was an option for more than five stars. We reached out to Michelle for advice about one of our dogs and a behavioural issue and booked a consultation with her and him. That grew into buying two training packages for both of our dogs (they were both under two at the time).

Michelle is an amazing trainer, she definitely speaks "dog" and our dogs love her. She's professional and flexible and when we (not our dogs) need more training, we'll be back in touch with her again.

I highly recommend her - you won't find a better trainer in London.

I recently worked with Michelle to train my dog, and I have to say I am extremely impressed with her expertise and professionalism. We went with our daughters Dane Corso, at 5months for the puppy class. She came out of it beautifully, and was voted most enthusiastic lol. At 14m, the only behavior issue she she is still enthusiasm based. She thinks all dogs are her friends. For my own puppy, a Shepherd, I went PetSmart for puppy classes because I thought it made sense to train in the place we often walk....and I have to say- you can really tell the difference between the curriculum. If you are reading reviews because you are on the fence about the cost of programs, I really recommend spending more for Michelle and her crew. It's WELL worth the investment... because that's what it is with training. You invest the time and money into a great team to train a great dog for a lifetime companion.

I have been happy and confident in referring my clients to Michelle for years. My clients love her! We can always see a difference in the dogs we walk when our clients work with her.

She has excellent programs for her clients, such as doing facebook lives where owners can ask questions. She ensures her clients have access to her other than just during their training sessions.

Michelle also has a client Facebook page where her clients can post their questions, concerns, and achievements. What I like best about this page is that she is the only one (maybe her trainers can now as well) who can respond to training questions. I've seen other dog trainers set up pages for clients where the trainer doesn't respond in a timely fashion and allows anyone in the group to answer training-specific questions, which is wrong in my mind.

When I have an issue with a dog's behaviour, Michelle is always willing to give me guidance and suggestions on things I may want to try.

Michelle is honest, caring and has commonsense, which, in my mind, is so essential when working with animals.

Our team recently attended a session by Michelle, updating us on current training methodologies. She spent a lot of time answering questions from my dog walkers on how to handle specific situations which was so helpful.

I hope to do this type of session with Michelle annually.

I am so happy that I found PAWSitively Happy Home, Michelle and Laura have helped me so much. I have so far taken 3 courses with them and couldn't be happier with the results.
