(March 8, 2021, 7:36 pm)I really want to thank Michelle for her patience while house hunting with me. It took a while for my offer to finally be accepted with how hot the market is, but we did it!
As a first time home buyer hailing from a bigger city, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. She never pressured me to offer more than I could despite the super hot market, and I truly felt she had my best interests at heart when house hunting. Her referrals have also been on point and again, at no point did I feel like there was any underhandedness that one typically hears about in other cities *coughTorontocough*
I am a very skeptical person but there really are good agents out there, and Michelle is FOR SURE one of the best ones.
My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. :)
