(August 26, 2021, 7:29 pm)Not at all like most other mortgage brokers! My husband and I are self-employed with 2 dependants. We are not the type of clients most traditional banks would even bother to look at. We've called other brokers before finding Dane. They all promised us that they can find a mortgage for us. All of them returned with an expensive offers. Numbers that we are not comfortable to committing. With closing deadline looming close, we were giving up and ready to loose on the sale. Then we were referred to Dane. We decided to give it another try before completely letting go of the deal. When I first called Dane, he didn't throw us "I can get you a mortgage" promise. Instead, he listened. He listened to our story and situation and how we were the "impossible" client. In the end, Dane delivered. He came back with the best offer and we were able to proceed with closing. He was courteous, professional and responded quickly to any questions we had. The whole process was efficient and quick. We definitely recommend Dane's mortgage services.
