(November 25, 2023, 11:04 pm)Just before close, a kind gentleman saved the night. Our regular store closed early and we were low on Puppy Food, while not able to provide us with our usual kibble they gifted us a small bag of a comparable kibble and sister brand to our usual to top off his meal for the night until we could get to our regular location during opening hours. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Might just have to switch stores with the care provided here, worth the extra drive.

(August 29, 2023, 8:14 pm)This is my favorite Global Pet location. Staff are always friendly and they carry products that the other locations don't have like the lactose free cheese bones for dogs & tarter buster bones.

(July 15, 2023, 8:44 pm)Stopped in on a lunch break looking for suggestions for new dog food for our girl that’s experiencing some severe stomach issues this year. The staff member was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on products and gave 3 top food recommendations and gave me a handful of samples to take home to try out. Once home, the pup was drawn to one food in particular. Went back that evening to pick up a bag. Drew listened to the concerns again and confirmed the choice was a good one trying to eliminate allergies which helped reassure a nervous dog owner. His product knowledge was far superior to any store I’ve been in. He was also very tolerant and understanding of our vocal girl. He went above and beyond and even tossed in a free can of pumpkin to help her transition to this food! On the way home I received a call too from him informing me the feeding guide would be slightly different than what we were previously feeding. Just another way they go above and beyond for you and your pet! The pup cried on the drive home wanting her new food so badly!
This will forever be the only store that we will shop at. Thank you Drew & staff member (didn’t catch your name) for your compassion, knowledge and understanding! We can’t wait for our next visit! -

(February 28, 2022, 5:57 pm)I just had a wonderful experience at Global Pet Foods Riverbend! The team was very knowledgeable , friendly, and wonderful to deal with. I'm a fairly new cat owner and I want nothing but the best for my kitten. Sam, the lovely young lady who helped me out knew what to suggest for my kitten. Got him some healthy kitten food, some yummy treats and some toys! My kitten seemed to love the store too. He got to wonder around and explore. I will most definitely keep coming back here. It really shows that they care about the well being of our furry friends! Thank you Global Pet Foods. Meow.
