(September 20, 2020, 2:11 pm)Generally straight to the point, don't really bother you with other nonsense. Very accommodating and willing to ensure the customer has a good experience. I've been coming here for regular servicing for about a year and a half, and haven't had an issue. I have some primitive knowledge of cars, enough to know if someone is trying to scam me and i haven't had any problems with that here.

(July 8, 2020, 10:03 pm)I've been going to neighbourhood auto for around 8 years now. I find them to be trustworthy, friendly and helpful. Work is always completed in a timely manner, and they have a couple courtesy cars if you need to leave and come back (as I've had to do a couple times on work days). I highly recommend them.
