  Very refreshing to go out there for a short walk. I like how it is easy to access and is inside the city.

  There's several entry pints into the forest making it accessible from several locations. It's great having suck a nice piece of nature settled among all the residential neighbourhoods that surround it.
  It's a great place for a peaceful walk.

  Incredibly beautiful trail, unfortunately not well marked for visitors from out of town. We found the entrance off sunningdale rd but once in the Trail we weren’t sure where it lead to, we found ourselves coming out into a subdivision and just walked until we found someone and helped us with directions as to where we first started out the trail. First of all I was pretty certain that it was a loop trail which turns out it wasn’t. So just be aware .

  Really great place to go hiking. I recommend if you're in the area that you go check it out! Don't go too early in the morning or late at night though. I have heard news stories of certain attacks could happen then, on people and animals. As soon as you have that in mind and stay safe, it is a great way to witness this beautiful creation of nature.
