I was nervous about starting a new workout plan but Maisha's support and personalized routines have helped me to become more confident at the gym. VISFIT has a fun, judgement-free atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

She is an excellent trainer and is very knowledgeable (especially when having to modify exercises because of injuries)! The facility is very clean and has a great range on equipment to get your workout in. Group classes are great with a strong sense of community and positivity while getting a sweat sesh in! We love it here!
