She was knowledgeable about brands, features etc for the appliances we were considering, and provided information about the company's warranty program, delivery, etc without a hard sell. Personable, pleasant, helpful, and well-versed in what the company can offer. We'll certainly be happy to refer any friends who are on the market for home furnishings and appliances to her.

Great customer service and pricing. Taylor K. answered all our questions and was a terrific help. We will definitely go back to this Brick and see Taylor again for more purchases.

My washer/dryer was delivered on time and installed efficiently. Arnett Andre, the person in charge of the delivery and installation was very professional. All went very smoothly. This was definitely a 5 star service.

When I items were delivered I was super impressed with how professional the guys were not to mention efficient! Arnett managed to fit old 36” fridge through not one but two narrow door ways. Brandon K and Andre also did an outstanding job! I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received!
