Pool and Hot Tub Depot

Posting a 5-star review because of the absolutely exceptional and very friendly service we received from everyone at Pool and Hot Tub Depot.

The other day we went out to our tub to find it totally dead. The breaker had tripped because our circulation pump had failed in a pretty nasty way where an internal electrical component died with age. This caused an electrical arc in the pump. Of course we wanted to get this fixed quickly because the weather is getting cold and the tub also wasn’t filtering.

We found Pool and Hot Tub Depot on-line and gave them a call the next day. Super friendly service right from everyone on the phone. They had the part in stock and were willing to expedite ship it to us. But we ended up driving to pick it up same day even though we live in Waterloo. We just wanted to get it fixed.

Anyway, we found that their price was very good plus they were super helpful with advice. Many other places are rude and couldn’t be bothered to provide any assistance. Not here. Our thanks especially to John who spent a LOT of time on the phone giving us very good and honest advice on what to diagnose, etc. I was also super impressed how knowledgeable he was about the product and all the technical details.

Anyway, with their help we got our tub back up and running within 48 hours. We highly recommend Hot Tub Depot and will be dealing with them a lot more in the future. It’s nice to speak with friendly and helpful staff, plus their prices and speed of service is awesome.

Fantastic service, best prices and knowledgable. I purchased a new balboa pump, some new piping, and new jets for my hot tub and everything is running great. I'll never go anywhere else now that know about the Hot Tub Depot. The service is hands down the best I've ever received at any pool or spa store and prices can't be beat.
