(September 12, 2023, 1:59 pm)This location is tucked into a bit of a weird spot. But that being said, they have had some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Also, their portion sizes are huge! Provides the value to the price, just be conscious of that when ordering, but I do believe more ice cream is never a problem.

(August 2, 2023, 10:36 am)I can't say enough about this company when they first moved from Baseline Road I was heart broken because I did not know where they moved to. I was delighted to find them on White Oak rd right across from Goodwill. The ice cream they make is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I now hold my ice cream social there for my clients and they all have said how good the ice cream was. Eric has been great to work with and he lets me set up a tent on the large front lawn where I can greet my clients. If you are looking for exceptional ice cream and great service stop by they are open every day.

(October 4, 2021, 5:02 am)One of the beauties of London, Ontario is small gems that one may accidentally run into. Case in point, London Ice Cream Company, located in a small road and away from busy main street! An unpretentious, good ice cream factory where one can enjoy some amazing ice cream!
My understanding is that London Ice Cream has been around for 25+ has continues to amaze Londoners with its creamy "old fashion" ice cream.
They truly make quality ice cream. The ice cream is made in premis and each tub is filled with love, care and quality to serve the clients.
I wish we had such an old fashioned ice cream company in Toronto!
